System Administration: Oversee the administration of Employee Services systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve queries from service users in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Workload Supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision of the team, allocate workloads effectively, and contribute to the generation of management information and reports.
