We're looking for a motivated copywriter to join our new Customer Experience team. If you're a natural design thinker who always puts the customer first and enjoys using your craft to help create simple, intuitive experiences, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
* Plan and write UX content for web and mobile experiences (across all touchpoints including navigation and user"interface copy, emails and in-app notifications).
* Present your work and articulate your approach and rationale to teammates and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers and product managers.
* Work with marketing teams to align on language and end-to-end experiences.
* Propose content tests to evaluate UX copy, and push for continuous improvement that shows"measurable results.
* Maintain and evolve the voice and tone guidelines.
What you'll bring:
* Excellent"writing and critical-thinking skills.
* Experience using and evolving content standards, style and voice and tone guidelines.
* Experience working across multiple projects, managing stakeholder expectations, working"individually,"and collaborating across teams.
* Experience in B2C e-commerce is preferred.

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Leeds:

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston North train station and the town centre.
Plus there's onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
