Commercial Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth admin operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage sales-related administrative tasks including processing orders, maintaining customer records, and handling documentation.
* Support the sales team by preparing reports and presentations.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
* Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
* Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent shortages.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment – experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or marketing support is desirable.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
