Salary and Benefits:
1. £26k plus additional benefits.

3. Initial probation period of three months.
4. Full-time position, 8.45am to 5pm, working from home.
5. Must be happy to commute to Staines, as you will be required to travel there twice a month for team face-to-face meetings.
Training:
1. Comprehensive training on the role and the systems we use will be provided.
Role Focus:
1. Client Management: Manage our growing client base by handling service requests, order management, appointments, and more.
2. CRM System: Learn and integrate your daily interactions with our clients into our new CRM system.
3. Cross-over Sales: Promote and sell a wide range of products, including bean-to-cup coffee machines. Earn commission on any leads you pass to the sales team that result in a sale.
4. Answering phone calls to the company mobile and landline.
5. Responding to web chat enquiries.
6. Answering emails.
7. General day-to-day office administration.
Daily Tools:
1. Xero: For accounting.
2. EngageBay: CRM.
3. PandaDocs: Proposal and document generation software.
