The Role As HPF, you will: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operation of our clients Grade I listed building. Lead a team, including a Multi-skilled Technician and Front of House staff, to deliver excellent service to tenants, staff, and visitors. Manage a £1 million facilities budget and £1 million tenant income while ensuring operational efficiency. Serve as the clients Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a long-term plan for the building's refurbishment and improvement. What Were Looking For Were seeking a motivated and adaptable professional with: Proven experience in facilities management, ideally in listed or heritage buildings. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and inspire a high-performing team. Expertise in building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and a commitment to health and safety excellence. Experience managing budgets and tenant relationships in multi-use spaces.
