This Mortgage Administrator job in Leamington Spa provides opportunity to join a local mortgage and financial advice business as part of their growth plans.
You will be joining another Mortgage Administrator who helps support their busy team who process over 300 Mortgages a year!
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will work closely with their team of experienced Mortgage Advisors on their cases. You will support the whole mortgage process from end to end including:
1. Booking Client appointments
2. Helping to generate client applications
3. Chasing lenders/solicitors
4. Acting as a point of contact for clients and proactively reaching out to them where more information is needed
5. Submitting applications
Mortgage Administrator Requirements
1. You should have experience or knowledge regarding mortgages and/or the house buying process
2. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
3. Time management skills and ability to prioritise is essential
4. You must have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about providing great service to clients
