Experience, Knowledge, and Capability Requirements: Proven Experience: 2 years as a Scrum Master for a software development team delivering successful software solutions. Proficiency in applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban, XP, or Lean; experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe) is advantageous. Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master qualifications preferred; experience in the utility or water sector desirable. Scrum Mastery: Deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices. Ability to guide and coach teams in self-organization and effective Scrum event facilitation. Skill in identifying and resolving impediments, shielding the team from distractions.
