Voids Coordinator Bedford (Hybrid) From £27,436.30 per annum Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We are looking for a Voids Coordinator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will support the administration and co-ordination of void properties, ensuring that bpha meets its quality and response targets, continuously improving service delivery and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. This will involve being the main point of contact for contractors, colleagues and residents regarding forthcoming and existing void properties, and post-void properties, therefore excellent communication skills are vital. Key responsibilities * To coordinate the voids process ensuring that turnaround times are met * To maintain accurate records of works to void properties and data is stored accordingly * To be the main point of contact for contractors, colleagues and residents regarding forthcoming and existing void properties and post void properties * To ensure that the line manager is provided with data covering all key aspects of the void process as required * Provide a seamless end to end journey for the customer and the organisation.
