Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for this role to become full-time in the future. You will manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and match with purchase orders. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and cheques. Monitor and maintain accurate accounts payable records. Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as required. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role. Must have experience using Sage accounting software. Strong numerical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
