We are seeking a talented Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at RNAS Yeovilton Junior Mess in Yeovil. About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers. You will also identify opportunities to improve our food service and create a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Food Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary expertise and meet the dietary needs of our clients and customers.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
* Cost Control: Manage food costs and maintain profitability while ensuring the highest quality of food.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
