Role: Project Manager – Construction
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: up to GBP90k + Package
My client is looking for a Project Manager to work for a main building contractor. The Project Manager will have experience delivering projects across Education, Commercial, Care Homes, and Residential sectors.
The Project Manager will have experience delivering projects up to GBP20m, with RC Frame experience, and managing programme/ASTA power planning with the assistance of Design and Site Management.
The Project Manager will ideally have the following skillset:
1. 5 years experience as a Project Manager
2. MCIOB/Degree qualified
3. Project experience from inception to completion
4. Project values up to GBP20m
