Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Area: Sheffield
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

The Role:
1. To achieve turnover & margin targets for existing accounts as well as agreed SLAs & KPIs.
2. Develop and execute customer plans in a specified account base through upselling & cross-selling the full portfolio of products.
3. Meet agreed business objectives in new and existing accounts, maximizing profit and distribution to increase throughput of products.
4. Build and develop relationships with external & internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring that the business delivers the project on time & in budget to agreed targets.
5. Ensure all relevant systems are updated, as necessary.
6. Gain a full holistic picture of the account base, including decision makers & spend.
What Will You Need?
1. Track record of excellent performance selling into the construction sector
2. Knowledge of sales techniques & overcoming objections
3. Resilience and self-motivated as the ability to build relations with clients is paramount
4. Experience of developing energizing relationships across functions to enable customer plans that deliver results
5. Experience of delivering and over-delivering sales targets
