Responsibilities
* Vehicle preparation and spraying
* Paint mixing and matching
* Application of primers, basecoats, topcoats etc
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a car paint sprayer in an automotive body shop or similar environment
* In-depth knowledge of automotive paint systems, including color mixing, application techniques, and drying times
* Proficient in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, filling, and masking
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish
* Excellent color perception and color matching skills
* Familiarity with different paint types, including water-based and solvent-based paints
Salary and Benefits
* Basic Salary £19 per hour
* 45-hour week, Monday to Friday
* Excellent bonus scheme
* 25 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
