Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker
* Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.
* Prepare assessments, Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans
* Maintain accurate and up to date records of files
* Take part in team meetings and participate in team development
* Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required

Key requirements for the role
