Description
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the director.
* Deal with complex correspondence, providing the Director with high quality draft responses which meet his requirements and have been properly researched.
* Lead responsibility for all of the Director briefings, speeches and correspondence.
* Coordinating with various departments within the organisation.
* Handling confidential information with discretion.
* Organising and managing events and departmental activities.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for directors.
* Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
Profile
A successful 'EA to Directors Office' should have:
* Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant working at a senior level.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and to take the initiative and lead.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
