We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and achieving financial goals. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets, handle vendor relationships, and contribute to the development of new menus and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Head Chef, ensuring a balance of creativity, seasonal offerings, and customer preferences.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and optimise costs.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation within all food and beverage areas.
* Train, motivate, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
* Maintain and track financial budgets, including monitoring costs, profits, and identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue generation.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
* Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotions and special events that drive traffic and revenue.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing staff.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
