Hours per week: 37.5
Salary: £31,005 per annum
Working Patterns: Between 4.30am and 11pm
Shift patterns: 5 on 3 off

You will be at the heart of a bustling airport environment where thousands of customers are taking trips for business or personal. As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, managing, motivating, and developing a team to achieve the best possible results to deliver a great customer experience.
What will you be doing?
* Building strong relationships with the surrounding business & creating a positive working environment for Travelex staff
* Driving performance and improvement along with general management duties & responsibilities
* Monitoring and implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
* Positive people management, which will include rostering, coaching, and supporting your team through regular performance reviews
* Providing support when required with processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
* Adapting to working under pressure during seasonal periods
* Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues
What do I need to have?
* Formal HR process experience in Return to works, investigations, disciplinary and performance management
* Great communicator – natural ability to talk with people and build relationships
* Desire to succeed – drive and vision to make a difference
* Sales Experience – ability to drive your team to success by using KPIs and effective Coaching and Development
What does the interview process look like?
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners.
2. Face-to-face interview at the airport with the Bureau Manager, including a small numerical test.
3. If successful, an offer to join Travelex will be made, along with feedback for unsuccessful candidates.
