JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years
LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: £35K-£45K
THE ROLE:
This long-established market town law firm in Leicestershire is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to add to their growing busy conveyancing team. The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be dealing with a varied caseload consisting of leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of title, and more.
THE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR:
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have experience of dealing with a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters, the ability to work as part of a team and independently where required, and the ability to handle your own caseload from inception to completion. Candidates should be confident and have a passion for customer service. Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role, provided they have completed at least one seat within residential conveyancing matters and possess the ability to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion.
