The school is currently seeking educators to join them on a predominantly ad-hoc basis to cover periods of absence among permanent teaching staff. By joining Teaching Personnel as a substitute teacher, you will manage classrooms in secondary schools on a short-term and/or long-term basis. You will oversee behaviour management, deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure all students complete their assigned work. You may frequently work in the same schools, allowing you to develop strong relationships with staff and pupils.
