If you’re passionate about cars and are looking to join a fun, close-knit team, this is the role for you About the Role The Parts Driver is responsible for the pickup and delivery of parts and equipment for the dealership and to the customers, satellite stores, and vendors. Schedule: Full-Time; Tuesday to Saturday - 8:30am to 5:00pm Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (depending upon experience) Benefits : Extended Health Care Dental RRSP Employee Assistance Program Paid time off, etc. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth delivery and/or pick up of parts to customers and vendors in a timely manner Communicate effectively with Parts staff and management to report any problems or delays Document trips, including parts destination or pick-up point Maintain the vehicle’s appearance and notify the Parts Team Leader if the vehicle requires any servicing Assist in housekeeping of the Parts department Use good judgment and practice safe driving skills at all times when operating Company property Assist Parts department in routine inventory counts Comply with Trotman Auto Group policies, along with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety Qualifications: Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Strong geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland Must be able to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis About Us: Be part of an amazing team that lives their values out loud each day Trotman Auto Group is an industry-leading, diversified dealer group representing fourteen major OEM brands through twelve dealerships located across British Columbia.
