Key Responsibilities
Major Events:
* Assist in planning and delivering memorable large-scale events with thousands of participants.
* Coordinate logistics with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
* Manage stock, materials, and key event-related resources.
* Provide hands-on support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Bespoke Challenges:
* Handle participant registrations and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and bespoke event packs for participants.
* Support participants from start to finish, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.
* Assist with event-day logistics, both in the UK and overseas.
Volunteer Management:
* Recruit and coordinate hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers for major events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning volunteers.
* Prepare volunteer materials, ensuring they're ready for both pre-event and on-the-day activities.
General Tasks:
* Draft engaging communications for participants, volunteers, and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and improve event processes.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational abilities with outstanding attention to detail.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
* 1-2 years of experience in the events industry, including stock management.
* Ability to manage processes and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in the charity or non-profit sector.
* Experience working as part of a high-performing events team.
Benefits and Working Hours
* Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with flexible start times between 8 am and 10 am.
* Weekend and evening work for events, with time off in lieu provided.
