Key Responsibilities:
Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to delight guests.
Utilizing and refining your knife skills with premium ingredients.
Staying up to date with allergen protocols to ensure guest safety.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Properly labelling and managing food stock.
Mentoring junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and passion.
Taking charge of kitchen operations when the Head or Sous Chef is unavailable.
