Job Description

Do you have experience overseeing manufacturing engineering teams in driving lean/continuous improvements in an Electro-Mechanical Assembly environment? Do you want to be part of a establishing a global network of efficient and high-quality manufacturing facilities?

Our client design and manufacture safety products and access control systems and are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have worked on improvement projects ranging from capex to process changes in an Electro-Mechanical environment!

Job Description

1. Managing a Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced environment
2. Leading/Supporting improvement projects through change management. This could be minor product changes through to larger scale capex justification/transformational projects
