Responsibilities and Expectations
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentation.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom efficiency, accuracy, and organisation.
* Foster a positive and productive team culture, focusing on collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
