As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible in providing commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.Salary & Benefits:A starting salary of up to £50,000 - £57,000Carrer progressionGreat companyVehicle allowanceSick pay schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFree on-site car parkingExcellent training and developmentRoles & Responsibilities:Understanding of the Health & Safety At Work Act & construction health & safety regulations.Maintain high standards of best practice in all relevant areas and promote safe behaviour.Responsible for the financial control of projects.Ensure project costs are managed effectively and carry out cost forecasting.Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy.Help ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business.Communicates directly with the client and client's cost manager to ensure financial contract obligations are maintained.Ensure subcontractors are procured on appropriate terms and conditions and ensure financial control of Subcontract accounts.Regularly update construction programme and review progress on-site. Along with any mitigation measures.
