We are looking for an experienced and motivated Porsche Parts Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth. As the Parts Supervisor, you will work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the parts department. You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, and leading a team, all while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. * Support the Parts Manager in overseeing the overall operation of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and effective service.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and ensuring the availability of parts to meet demand.
* Assist the Parts Manager with performance monitoring, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling part inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and workshops.
* Ensure the parts department is organised and maintained to the highest standards, following all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure parts availability aligns with customer and business needs.
* Assist in managing parts budgets and tracking expenses, helping to maintain cost-effectiveness and profitability.
* Take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Parts Manager and provide leadership to the team during busy periods.
