Site Manager
We are currently working with a leading 5* Developer to assist in their search for a Site Manager for a new phase of their major residential development in East Sussex.
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager, with an Assistant Site Manager reporting into you. You will be ensuring that the development meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be managing the day-to-day operations on-site, leading a team, and mentoring junior members while collaborating with contractors to keep the project on schedule and meeting targets.
Requirements for Site Manager
1. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and house building.
2. Previous experience working with a multi-volume housebuilder.
3. Proven ability to deliver weekly targets.
4. Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
5. CSCS, 1st Aid, and SMSTS.
