Requirements:
- I require you to have achieved a 2.1 or above in a mathematical discipline, along with strong A-level results in Science and Mathematics. You should be proficient in coding with C# and SQL. A strong interest in sports and a good knowledge of the rules of most major sports (such as football, cricket, and tennis) are essential. Additionally, familiarity with quantitative finance and a keen desire to develop your career in this field is important. I value collaboration and pragmatism in our team members.
Responsibilities:
- As a Quantitative Developer, you will work directly with the Front Office trading desk to facilitate daily trades on the Sports betting side of our business. You will develop and maintain various internal applications that are critical to trading performance. Your role will also include implementing programs to improve efficiency and profitability, which may involve using mathematical models to calculate the expected chance of events occurring in sporting events. I will encourage you to develop your skills in other programming languages and technologies, providing mentorship and funding for training to help you reach your full potential.
