Office Administrator Job Description

Responsibilities include:
1. Taking orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
2. Answering incoming calls professionally and attentively.
3. Organising and maintaining files for easy access.
4. Entering purchase orders accurately into the system.
5. Conducting stock checks to monitor inventory levels.
6. Chasing payments to ensure timely transactions.
7. Supporting system entry tasks and maintaining data integrity.
This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm. The salary is up to £27,000, with 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
