Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their Estate Planning team due to continuous growth. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be:
Looking after your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs
Engaging with clients through numerous methods of communication
Working collaboratively with a supportive Estate Planning team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
Using your legal knowledge of Wills, Trusts and LPAs to mentor more junior members of the team
The Private Client Solicitor will have:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft Estate Planning documents
The ability to use your initiative and prioritise your workload
A client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting
