An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, self-motivated and innovative professional to join our team as a Recruitment Team Leader to cover a post for 6 months on a Fixed term/Secondment contract, providing cover for a colleague on maternity leave.
You will be working closely with directorate line managers and clinical staff to deliver their workforce recruitment and administrative needs.
The successful candidate will need:
• Strong experience using a range of software tools and electronic recruitment systems, including TRAC and ESR.
• A solid understanding of Home Office visa regulations, right-to-work requirements, and experience with the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
• Knowledge of DBS processes and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage a varied and busy workload effectively.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and support team members in achieving shared goals.
