Teaching Personnel is seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in a school in the Henley-on-Thames area. About the Role: Location: Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Salary: Competitive, 89.90-£110 Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to fully access learning Assisting with classroom activities and personalised learning plans Encouraging social interaction and supporting emotional regulation Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Requirements: ✔ Previous experience working with children with SEND or additional needs (preferred but not essential) ✔ A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach ✔ The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff ✔ A Level 2 or 3 qualification in education or childcare (desirable) ✔ An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Why Join Teaching Personnel?
