Job in a nutshell:
We are looking for experienced Technology Recruiters to join our dynamic Technology Sales team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive growth in the Professional Services market by developing relationships with new and established clients across various industries. You'll work closely with our technical teams to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to the success of our key technology services, a critical driver of global growth, particularly in the UK.
What you will be doing:
1. Driving Sales: Win professional services contracts ranging from £1M to £10M and ensure consistent success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
2. Leadership: Motivate and manage large, complex teams, even under high-pressure environments, ensuring success in every project.
3. Client Engagement: Understand client needs, adapt quickly, and create innovative, win-win solutions. Build trust and confidence with senior management and stakeholders.
4. Managing Opportunities: Take full responsibility for sales and opportunity pursuits from initiation to close, while negotiating and delivering results.
5. Presentations and Negotiations: Lead impactful presentations to senior-level stakeholders and negotiate contracts that meet business goals.
Requirements:
1. Sales Focus: Proven success in securing professional services contracts (up to £10M) and meeting sales targets, with direct experience in staff augmentation and resource placement.
2. Leadership: Experience of managing large and complex teams, motivating them to achieve successful outcomes, and adapting to stakeholder needs.
3. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to manage multiple aspects of opportunities simultaneously, adapting to client changes while identifying new business prospects.
4. Commercial Awareness: Experience working in a multinational environment, focusing on delivering positive business outcomes that meet client requirements. Understands both the NHS and broader sectors (e.g., manufacturing, FSNI).
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, able to communicate at all levels and lead presentations to senior management.
6. Accountability: Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and closing new business deals under pressure.
Desirable criteria: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
