As a Senior Structural Engineer with my client, you'll be involved in a variety of projects, including concrete frame, steel frame, medium to high-rise design, and refurbishment of existing structures. You'll collaborate across sectors such as residential, commercial, and industrial. Key responsibilities include: Utilizing software like MasterSeries, Tekla, CSC Fastrak, or Strand7 for calculations and structural design. Preparing, detailing, and reviewing drawings, overseeing CAD Technicians in this process. Assisting in design quotes preparation and report writing. Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing work for Graduates, Engineers, and Technicians. Collaborating with engineers in other disciplines such as geotechnical and civil/infrastructure design. Attending client and project meetings to address needs, requirements, and design issues. You: We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural engineering (or equivalent), coupled with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience. Chartered status with ICE or IStructE is preferred or working towards it. Key qualifications include: Hands-on design experience, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment.
