We specialise in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the Human Resources sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a highly reputable organisation based in Farringdon, initially on a 2-3 month contract.
Hybrid working - 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office per week
HR Administrator’s Core Duties
1. Provide HR administrative support with personnel changes
2. Assist with recruitment activities
3. Carry out onboarding and offboarding
4. Send out letters, emails, and contracts to employees
5. Carry out data input on HRIS software
Administrator’s Skills Required
1. Experience with recruiting
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. HR administrative experience
4. Experience issuing contracts and letters
5. Experience onboarding and offboarding
6. Strong organisational and communication skills
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
