* Actively contribute as part of the store's leadership team, supporting the development and success of the audiology service within the wider business.
* Build lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a customer-focused and empathetic approach to care.
* Meet commercial targets through ethical recommendations and by delivering an excellent customer journey.
* Collaborate with the store team to identify cross-referral opportunities and promote hearing care services to the wider community.
* Ensure compliance with HCPC regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest professional standards.

* State-of-the-art facilities: Enjoy working in a professional environment equipped with a soundproof testing booth and advanced audiology equipment.
* Supportive team culture: Be part of a welcoming, collaborative team that values your expertise and supports your growth.
* Career progression opportunities: As part of the leadership team, you will have the chance to shape and grow the audiology service.
* Competitive salary and benefits: We offer a rewarding package, including a bonus structure based on individual and clinic performance and group discounts.
What I'm Looking For:
* HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
* Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting diagnostic hearing assessments and fittings.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
* Commercially aware with the ability to meet targets ethically and confidently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
* A self-motivated individual with a desire to grow and contribute to the success of the store.
My client believes in combining clinical expertise with a personal touch. You’ll work in an established, successful store with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients while contributing to the ongoing growth of our audiology services.
If you are an enthusiastic Audiologist looking for a rewarding role in a great location, I'd love to hear from you!
