Come and join the dynamic and passionate team running The Hollow Lane Club. We provide varied, rich and exciting experiences to children and young people with complex additional needs and have been operating for over 20 years.
We want to strengthen our Board of Trustees by recruiting a new Chair and Trustees who have an interest in supporting our work.
The Hollow Lane Club provides After School, Saturday, Siblings, Social and Summer Clubs across 3 sites. We work in partnership with the schools that most of our children and young people attend and whose buildings we use for the Clubs. We have a range of funders, including the National Lottery and Children in Need. Places at The Hollow Lane Club are subsidised by grant funding to ensure that services can be offered to all and that cost is not a barrier to access.
The day to day running of the charity is done by a small part time employed team. We have a team of experienced and dedicated workers, who are incredibly passionate about the club that we run. We are registered with OFSTED and have excellent feedback from families and the children and young people who come to our Club.
We look to all Trustees to be our critical friends and bring their experience and expertise to the table.
This is a voluntary post with a commitment for 4 meetings per year.
