Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and welcoming service: Provide friendly, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day, taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Team Development: Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational by managing diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Deputizing: Support your Store Manager by deputizing when they're not working and delivering various HR processes.
* New Product Implementation: Lead the way in introducing new products and services in your store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Community Involvement: Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
