Job Title: Teaching Assistant Feltham Location: England, Greater London, Feltham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £80 - £90 Per day Benefits: Plus CPD Job Duties: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students Help create a positive learning environment for students Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties Assist with classroom management and behaviour control Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources Support students during practical activities and educational outings Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Enhanced DBS check Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) Experience: Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting Experience supporting students with special educational needs Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: First Aid/CPR certification Additional training in special educational needs support Working Conditions: Work primarily in a classroom setting Full-time hours with occasional overtime required May involve assisting with off-site educational activities Please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in touch ASAP.
