Paraplanner (Client facing) Sevenoaks, Kent C £45000 - £50000 Bonus/Benefits The Opportunity Superb opportunity to join a firm of successful Chartered Planners who are entering their second decade of development having experienced both year on year growth and the development of a network of introducers who have helped them build on their AUM, currently AUM per client is c £900k. You will be diploma qualified, but every assistance will be given for you to achieve Chartered status as quicky as possible. The Role As the Paraplanner, duties will include (but not be limited to): Conducting research based on meeting clients financial needs and objectives Understanding investment portfolio analysis Compiling investment/pension/protection illustrations and documentation Creating and preparing technical suitability reports Ensuring FCA regulations and compliance are met Supporting with ad hoc projects and tasks where required Reviewing and understanding existing scheme information from providers. Using research tools / systems to complete detailed analysis – FE Analytics Voyant cash flow modelling Complying with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and, financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times About you Experience in a senior paraplanning or technical role gained within an advisory practice Qualified to a minimum of diploma standard, with a desire to continue towards Chartered status Overall knowledge of key areas of financial planning and advice – Pensions (including switching and pension sharing orders), Investments, IHT and Estate planning and personal and business protection.
