This role is responsible for providing administrative support to monitor job management compliance, improv e data integrity, and identify process improvements to ultimately drive c lient satisfaction, retention, growth and development The Opportunity: Support client relationship management, reporting and systems visibility through proactive monitoring of job compliance. Monitor and address data integrity issues, using IT tools to identify and address any missing or incorrectly entered data. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. Monitor and report any issues to continuously improve operational performance metrics What you'll need to succeed: Previous experience of administrative and freight forwarding processes, including import/export procedures, customs regulations, and transportation management Proficiency in using CargoWise One, Power BI and similar systems, would be advantageous Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle non-routine assignments independently Extremely customer focused and pro-active in all levels of communication A strong team member who is outgoing and willing to learn, develop and grow Self-motivated, with an ability to self-manage What moves you?
