Job Title: Social Worker – Child Protection

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Child Protection Team based in Rhondda Cynon Taff.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will be managing a diverse caseload of children, which includes Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings, with the level in proceedings open for discussion. Responsibilities include attending to Section 47 enquiries, completing Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments. The role involves working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, such as the Police and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families. Additionally, the role requires completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and preparing Court reports and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Care Wales registration and be eligible to work in the UK. They should hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. Additionally, a degree level or equivalent in Social Work is required.
