Shifts are 8am-11pm with sleep in duty. On average you will work 10 shifts per month on a 1 day on 2 days off rota pattern. This allows for 20 days off per month for the right candidate.
£14.00 per hour plus £60 for sleep in duty

As a Deputy Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and support for children and young people. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will utilise your core skills in management and leadership to supervise staff and implement care plans effectively. Your premium experience in residential childcare will enhance the quality of life and experience for our children.
