You'll be joining an agile and energetic team that supports growth and development, as demonstrated by the below testimony from a current member of the team:
"I have been working at the College for nearly five years, in which time I have been part of the training and development programme which the College offers. This has enabled me to complete numerous qualifications including my level 3 plumbing, domestic and commercial gas and domestic oil along with a number of other tickets.
In completing this, I have been well supported by my managers and allowed the time to complete my portfolios and paid time away from work to attend courses. This development program has built my skills and confidence in my role and my progression to the post of Heating Engineer at the College."
