Job Purpose
To lead the void repairs team, working jointly with the Team Manager-Allocations to deliver a quality void management service, with responsibility for the delivery of a customer focussed service ensuring that properties are repaired to a high standard and performance targets are achieved, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Housing Asset Services Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities
This is a full time permanent post. The admin base for the post is Burnside Street, Kilmarnock.
The hours of work are 35 per week working:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and
Friday 9am - 4pm.
The salary for the post is £47,848 to £52,325
The workstyle for the post is ‘Flexible’ - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.”
