What you’ll do at Elekta
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Drive transformation initiatives spanning empowered teams & process agility
2. Drive excellence in the product development (software development and hardware development) process by applying lean and agile principles to promote time to value
3. Harmonize the SAFe / agile ways of working (eg working product increments, backlogs) with internal design controls and stage gates
4. Bring process agility, have a lean mindset, lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Sessions to study end to end flow of value to identify and minimise waste in the system
5. Measuring the agile process flow by helping in harmonising tools and processes and help measure transformation success
The right stuff:
* High standard of interpersonal skills and ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and bring them along on the change journey – collaboration, influencing, and conflict management
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong ethical standard, values, and good judgment
* Value-driven / impact-oriented mindset
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
What you bring:
* 6+ years of experience in a product/software development environment as part of teams working in an agile manner or in product teams OR 2+ years’ experience in a top-tier consulting firm driving digital/agile transformation and process excellence
* At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electronics, IT, or other related disciplines
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
* Certifications in Agile and Lean methodologies preferred
* Experience in driving process excellence
* Experience in or working for a medical device company or product company preferred
* Availability for international travel (~20%)
