JobSummary: We are seeking a detailoriented and experiencedRegistration Officer on behalf of one of our clients to join theirteam in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide essentialadministrative support and ensure smooth operations in theregistration office. This role involves interacting with the publicmanaging appointments handling payments and performing registrationduties.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Handlegeneral administrative duties including answering customer callsand assisting visitors inperson.
* Schedule appointments forthe registration of births deaths and notices of marriage or civilpartnership.
* Utilize IT systemsincluding Microsoft Office and specialized registrationprograms.
* Process payments forceremonies over the phone.
* Prepareand copy certificates for incomingapplications.
* Register marriages atthe register office.
* Maintain neathandwriting and clear communication inEnglish.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Atleast 3 years of relevantexperience.
* Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and registrationsoftware.
* Strong organizational andcommunication skills.
* Excellentcustomer service abilities.
* Fluentin English with neathandwriting.
