Our client, a leading global engineering company, is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of product and process quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to quality management. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring best practices, and fostering a culture of quality across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Use QMS data to drive product and process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Oversee audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure ISO certification compliance.
* Work cross-functionally to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organisation.
