Salary Offered: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Yearly

Required Skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills including presentation skills
2. Proven ability to negotiate selling agreements
3. Proficiency with Client Relationship Management databases
4. Proficiency in Windows/PC based work environment, specifically MS Office
5. Ability to interact at a management level with HR, Accounting, IT, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality
6. Experience with P&L statements and other accounting-operations data
7. High School diploma or GED
8. Undergraduate degree
9. 3+ years sales and sales management experience within an electronics and logistics environment
Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy and managing a growing sales force with a strong focus on tracking and reporting sales activities.
Your responsibilities and essential job functions include:
1. Develop annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
2. Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices for the Account Executives.
3. Lead, grow, and build a high-performance team of driven sales and service leaders and professionals.
4. Develop a strategic approach to growing revenues with existing customers and gaining share through new customer acquisition.
5. Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
6. Implement approved distribution strategies.
7. Proactively introduce new ideas to drive growth, performance, profitability, etc.
8. Manage a CRM system to track activity, analytics, and drive process improvement.
9. Review and analyze sales records and current market information.
10. Actively sell to key accounts and oversee the portfolios, leads, and prospects of the Account Executives.
11. Prepare estimates and bids to meet specific needs of customers.
12. Represent the company at trade association meetings.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
