Business Unit: BU Warehousing Solutions Business Line: BL Warehousing Solutions Europe Target Hire Date: 2025-03-27 What You Can Expect : Provide first line management for customer account administration team Be the prime contact for key customers Take ownership of and manage processes to ensure an efficient and professional service to both the internal and external customers Co-ordinate weekly operational meetings to review KPI performance and action planning Ensure all management reports are completed and issued accordingly Co-ordinate & lead periodic customer review meetings and visits Manage prioritise effectively – internally and externally Manage issues escalated within the department Reconcile customer stock takes and communicate the final declaration requirements Request, maintain and report on customer throughput information Drive internal sales of supporting services and activities to existing customers Make highly professional presentations at senior manager & director level to customers Working effectively as a key member of the account management team Research customer background and strategies carefully and make appropriate presentations that illustrate our knowledge of their business and expectations, drive to create industry leading relationships Operating efficiently and economically at all times. What You Bring: Excellent command of English Language demonstrated through communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written. IT literacy and a comprehensive understanding of Windows based programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Conscientious and reliable nature. The ability to work as part of a team and on their own. Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative skills. Strong logistics experience and ability to connect/influence via the telephone. Willingness to learn and develop experience in maintaining and developing customer relationships. Willingness to learn and develop experience negotiation skills and influencing skills at senior level.
